Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content you posted on "Instant Pot Short Ribs" was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements. Your counter-notification must include the following:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may re-enable the removed content after a period of approximately 10-14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
